Best Sample Libraries?

Sample instrument libraries are often an important tool for composers in creating mock-ups and demos of their work.

I primarily use Vienna Symphonic Library, but am looking for suggestions as to what other libraries I should consider purchasing to augment my current choices.

For the fellow composers out there, I would like to know what sample libraries YOU use and any additional comments about your experience with them.

A few of my friends have recommended East West Quantum Leap, but I’d like to hear other suggestions as well.

Welcome to the new Music4Multimeda blog! Some of the things I hope to accomplish through this blog:

- Keep everyone up to date on current film/t.v. music happenings, emerging artists, and explore the many facets of film scoring, t.v. music, music supervision and music publishing.

- Create a dialogue between readers regarding the above mentioned categories and/or other thoughts about the industry.

- Share some of my personal experiences as a composer and emerging music supervisor.

I’m open to hearing suggestions on industry networking, career advice, and general comments about how to make this blog even better!!
